NTL collects contact and confidential client information that “Registered Users” supply to enable shipment tracking, viewing accounts payable to NTL and to obtain other user-specific information. This information may be used to contact clients regarding their inquiries and for support of our users. In addition, we may use such information for demographic profiling, statistical analysis, marketing activities, providing site change notification and to investigate violations of either its Privacy Policy or its terms of use.

NTL may deactivate accounts of Registered Users or Carriers that have been inactive for an extended period of time.

NTL’s web pages also offer you an opportunity to ask questions, request information, or provide comment. Use of this option is voluntary and we will only use information from submitted forms, email messages, and any other information you provide, for the reasons you provided it.

NTL will not share the information provided to NTL with any third party unless required by law. We also will not sell your information.

Submitted inquiries are transmitted through a basic e-mail transfer secured on a standard mail server. NTL uses firewalls and other security technology to prevent NTL computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons. In addition, employment with NTL is contingent upon employee’s agreement to abide by our security policies.
